These Terms and Conditions apply to all who visit or use our website. By accessing the website and/or making a payment of an invoice you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions please do not use or make a payment via this website.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of our website and constitute a binding agreement between the EZY-CLEAN WINDOWS Ltd and the user. Please read through the Terms & Conditions carefully as they contain important information. You may wish to print a copy for reference. We reserve the right to change or update the Terms & Conditions from time to time. These Terms and Conditions apply between the EZY-CLEAN WINDOWS Ltd and the user. You cannot assign or transfer any of your rights under these Terms and Conditions and no other person is entitled to benefit under these Terms and Conditions.
INVALIDITY
If any of these Terms & Conditions are found to be invalid, this should not invalidate the remaining conditions which shall remain enforceable. No waiver by us of any condition shall be deemed to be a waiver of any other Term & Condition. These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
Although we make every effort to ensure the content of the website is accurate and current, The EZY-CLEAN WINDOWS Ltd website is provided on an "as seen" basis without any warranties or guarantees or any kind. By accessing the site you accept the risks associated with the Internet, software and telecommunication links and you accept any costs of access.
SCOPE
The EZY-CLEAN WINDOWS Ltd website is designed for use within the UK, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. If you access and use the services on our website from outside these areas, you do so at your own risk.
PRICES
All prices are quoted in Sterling and include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. All prices are subject to alteration; however any change in price will be notified to you prior to us cleaning your windows.
PAYMENT METHODS
EZY-CLEAN WINDOWS Ltd are able to accept payment by credit and debit cards, Direct Debit or online banking. Direct Debit instructions are subject to the Direct Debit guarantee. All credit and debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and authorisation. We cannot be held liable in any way if the card issuing company refuses or does not authorise payment to us. EZY-CLEAN WINDOWS Ltd do not accept cash payments under any circumstances.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms are strictly 14 days. If you pay by Direct Debit, your bank account will be debited with the amount shown in the Amount charged box on your invoice on or around 14 days after the date of the window clean in accordance with your Direct Debit instruction.
If you pay by any other method, failure to settle your balance within 14 days of the window clean may result in your account being suspended. We require payment to terms. Payment must be made on time, in full, and without any deduction, set off or counterclaim. In the event that an account is outstanding, we will refer the matter to our debt collection agents, Daniels Silverman Limited, which will incur costs. Any costs incurred to collect the debt will be added to the debt, plus VAT at the prevailing rate. You agree that you will be legally liable to pay us that surcharge, and that payment of the same can be enforced against you in court. You also agree to pay interest at the relevant reference rate provided for under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, which interest is payable both after and before any judgment of the court and continues to accrue.
WINDOW CLEANING POLICY
- Unfortunately we are unable to access the rear windows of a property by walking through the inside of ANY part of a customers' house. If this is the only method to access the rear windows then we may cancel the service at any time. EZY-CLEAN WINDOWS Ltd is not insured to walk through the insides of customers properties or bring equipment through and therefore any damage that may occur, the costs of repair are entirely born by the customer.
- Individual franchisees may have specific arrangements in place with a customer to access the rear windows via the above method. They do so at their own risk and have their own insurance arrangements that are not covered by the EZY-CLEAN WINDOWS Ltd group insurance policy.
- As a result of the above we are unable to offer appointments for our window cleaning service.
- Regrettably if we cannot access the rear of the property due to the gate (or normal prearranged rear access) being locked then the invoice charge will remain the same. We will always provide you with a message (usually via text message) the day prior to cleaning to inform you that we will be attending the next day. We will inform you if we have not been able to gain access to the rear so you can arrange access for the next occasion.
- Standard company policy for the initial window clean is to charge twice the normal charge. This is due to the unfamiliarity of the property, unknown obstacles and the amount of existing residue already on the windows. On average a first window clean takes at least twice as long to clean than a regular clean regardless of the existing residue on the windows.
- EZY-CLEAN WINDOWS Ltd or any EZY-CLEAN franchisees reserve the right to refuse to clean any property due to Health and Safety reasons such as dogs excrement, loose or damaged windows or frames or any other unforeseen circumstance that may arise upon viewing the property for the first time OR during the regular cleaning cycle. Should this situation occur then the customer will not be charged and the account may be cancelled.
QUERIES AND COMPLAINTS
EZY-CLEAN WINDOWS Ltd customer promise
We promise that if you are not satisifed with our service or the quality of our window cleaning service that we will refund your payment immediately. We will also offer to reclean the windows of your property free of charge if you prefer this to a refund.
We would appreciate you informing us within 48 hours of the window clean by telephone or email in order to arrange an immediate reclean of the windows.

DAMAGE POLICY
In the extremely rare occurence that damage occurs to a customers property during the process of a window clean then we will contact the appropriate franchisee. The customer would need to submit a written description of the damage along with photographs to the franchisee directly. At that point the franchisee would contact their own insurance provider to arrange the appointment of a loss adjustor to survey the property and make an assessment as to where fault lies and if there was any underying issue that the customer was unaware of.
Following this any claim would either be rejected or settled by the insurance provider in line with their terms of service.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions and the ezy-CLEAN site are governed by English law. Disputes can only be dealt with by English courts.

Refund requests should be made within 7 days of the incorrect transaction. All refunds will be processed within 24 hours of the request being made. If we find that EZY-CLEAN WINDOWS Ltd has charged your card correctly then we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the transaction.
